warranty policy

Balin Designs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") offers a 1-year warranty on our shelf brackets. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Details:
Coverage: This warranty covers defects that occur under normal use and proper care. It includes defects in the materials used and the craftsmanship of items.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation of items. This warranty does not cover damages when products are installed using third party hardware.

Remedies: If your items are found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace them free of charge. Our sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective product.

How to Claim: To claim warranty service, please contact us at Balindesigns@gmail.com within the warranty period. Provide proof of purchase and describe the issue with your items.

Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover any consequential or incidental damages.
