GENERAL RETURN POLICY
This return policy applies to all Balin Designs products unless otherwise noted below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return: • Items must be unused and uninstalled
• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must include all hardware and components
• Items must be in resellable condition
Items that show signs of installation, wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, please contact Info@BalinDesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a discounted return label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging may be denied or subject to partial refund.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment once received and inspected. • Inspection typically occurs within 3–5 business days of delivery
• Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after approval
• Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after their return has been approved.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery and must include photos of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement. Once processing or shipment has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

CABINET HARDWARE – Return Policy Addendum
The following terms apply specifically to cabinet hardware items and override the standard return policy where applicable. Cabinet hardware includes, but is not limited to: knobs, pulls, T-bars, edge pulls, backplates, and related accessories.

RETURN WINDOW
Cabinet hardware return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return: • Items must be unused and uninstalled
• Items must remain in original packaging
• All components must be included
• Items must show no scratches, marks, or mounting wear
Installed, test-mounted, altered, or handled items will not be accepted.

ADMINISTRATIVE & RESTOCKING FEE
Approved cabinet hardware returns are subject to a 10% administrative and restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, polishing, repackaging, and inventory processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING (CABINET HARDWARE)
Customers are responsible for: • All return shipping costs • Secure packaging to prevent transit damage • Using a trackable shipping method Items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging will not be eligible for refund.

REFUND PROCESSING (CABINET HARDWARE)
Approved cabinet hardware returns will be refunded: • Less the 10% administrative fee
• Less original shipping charges
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

EXCHANGES (CABINET HARDWARE)
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after their return has been approved.
