EASY RETURNS We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don't work out, and we do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item(s) must be unused and in the same sellable condition as when you received them.
• The item(s) must be in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept items that have been altered, mishandled or show signs of installation.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at balindesigns@gmail.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

RETURN SHIPPING You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SENDING YOUR PACKAGE Pack the item in its original shipping box, if possible, or a sturdy, plain cardboard box. Remove or cover any pre-existing labels or stickers. Print the Return Number and return address label included in the email and attach it to the box with clear packing tape. Seal the box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment. For returns, we provide a shipping label at a
discounted cost. Returns sent through other carriers (including UPS, USPS, etc.) are subject to shipping fees at the customer’s expense. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable

REFUND Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days once your return has been received. It may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES We do not offer exchanges at this time. If for any reason you choose the wrong item, we’ll help you return it and assist you with a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team at  balindesigns@gmail.com

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or replacement.

CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
