Sample Style Kit Policy

Our Style Sample Kit Program is designed to help customers view and compare Balin Designs cabinet hardware finishes, styles, weight, and quality in person before placing a full order.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By placing a Style Sample Kit order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Style Sample Kit Program Policy.

The Style Sample Kit is provided for temporary review only. Samples must be returned within 10 days of delivery using the included return label. If samples are not returned within the required return period, or if any samples are missing, damaged, altered, or returned in unusable condition, you authorize Balin Designs to charge the payment method used at checkout for the full retail value of the unreturned or damaged samples.

The $12 flat-rate shipping fee covers shipping only and does not represent the purchase price of the samples.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Customers may select up to 3 unique hardware samples as part of the Style Sample Kit Program.
Samples are provided free of charge. Customers pay only a $12 flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.
Samples are provided for review purposes only and must be returned after the review period.

SAMPLE DELIVERY
Style Sample Kits are shipped with expedited delivery and are typically received within 5–7 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, location, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Balin Designs’ control.

SAMPLE SELECTION
Customers may choose up to 3 unique hardware samples per Style Sample Kit.
Samples are provided in standard representative sizes. Exact sizes, finishes, and full product options are available when placing a regular cabinet hardware order.
Balin Designs reserves the right to substitute a similar sample if a selected sample is unavailable.

RETURN REQUIREMENT
Samples must be returned within 10 days of delivery using the included return label.
Free return shipping is included when samples are returned within the required return period.
Samples must be returned in reasonable condition and must include all items originally provided in the kit.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FOR UNRETURNED SAMPLES
By placing a Style Sample Kit order, the customer agrees that the samples are being provided for temporary review only and must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
If samples are not returned within 10 days of delivery, or if any samples are missing, damaged, altered, or returned in unusable condition, Balin Designs reserves the right to charge the customer for the full retail value of the unreturned or damaged samples.
By placing a Style Sample Kit order, the customer authorizes Balin Designs to charge the same payment method used at checkout, or any payment method provided for the order, for the full retail value of any samples that are not returned in accordance with this policy.
The $12 flat-rate shipping fee is a shipping charge only and does not represent the purchase price of the samples.

LATE, MISSING, OR UNRETURNED SAMPLES
Samples are considered late if they are not handed over to the return carrier within 10 days of delivery.
If Balin Designs does not receive return tracking activity within the required return period, or if the samples are not returned, the customer may be charged for the full retail value of the samples.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging the samples and using the included return label.

DAMAGED SAMPLES
Normal handling for review purposes is expected. However, customers may be responsible for the full retail value of any samples that are returned damaged, altered, missing parts, or not in reasonable condition.

SEPARATE PURCHASE REQUIREMENT
Style Sample Kit orders must be purchased separately and cannot be combined with full-size hardware, shelf brackets, wood shelves, or any other products.
The Style Sample Kit Program cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, coupon codes, or offers unless expressly stated by Balin Designs.

LIMITATIONS
The Style Sample Kit Program is intended for customers who are actively considering a cabinet hardware purchase.
Balin Designs reserves the right to limit, cancel, or refuse Style Sample Kit orders that appear excessive, duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.

FINAL ORDER
Style Sample Kit orders are separate from full-size cabinet hardware orders. Receiving a sample does not reserve inventory, pricing, or availability for a future order.
Customers should place their full cabinet hardware order separately after reviewing their samples.
