ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered holidays.
• All orders are shipped in the order they are received unless expedited services have been selected. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in processing your order. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
• We offer free ground shipping within the continental United States.
• We offer several shipping options, and delivery times and costs will be provided based on the shipping option selected.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International shipping rates are calculated by weight of the product.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, postal service interruptions, or holidays. While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
• We will ship to the address provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete.
• Balin Designs LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Balin Designs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that the order was delivered to the shipping address provided, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier or local authorities to file a claim.
DAMAGED ITEMS If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
