Thank you for shopping with Balin Designs LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Orders are shipped in the sequence they are received unless expedited shipping is selected
• During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended
• Customers will be notified if a significant processing delay occurs
Order processing time is separate from delivery transit time.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method. Delivery timelines vary by product and shipping method. Certain items may have different handling or transit windows based on availability, fulfillment location, or shipping requirements. While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate and complete. Balin Designs LLC is not responsible for:
• Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections or reshipments
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout. Customers interested in international delivery are encouraged to contact Info@BalinDesigns.com with the following details:
• Desired product(s)
• Quantity
• Full shipping address
We will provide a custom shipping quote based on the order details. International orders will proceed only after the shipping quote has been reviewed and approved by the customer. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Balin Designs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should:
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Contact the shipping carrier directly
• File a claim with the carrier or local authorities if necessary
We will assist with carrier inquiries when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for delivered packages.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Info@BalinDesigns.com within 5 days of delivery and include: • Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of packaging and shipping label
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for resolution.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment requirements. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment.
